Emaizy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google account to Emaizy, you grant us access to the following Google user data, using these Google OAuth scopes:
We use Google user data only to provide the Emaizy features that you request: to analyze and categorize your email, generate summaries and draft replies, extract tasks and follow-ups, and to read and manage your calendar to schedule meetings. We store this data on our own servers, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except: (a) to sub-processors that help us operate the service and only as necessary to provide the features you request, including AI model providers (for example, OpenAI) that process limited email and calendar content to generate summaries, categories and drafts under agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes or to train their models; (b) where required by law; or (c) with your explicit consent. A current list of our sub-processors is available on request.
We retain Google user data only while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can revoke Emaizy's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, disconnect an account inside Emaizy, or delete your Emaizy account (see section 12 below), after which we delete the associated Google user data from our systems.
